Trading takes place under the following conditions ...

• All accounts have a standard default leverage of 50:1

• Platform trades are guaranteed for pricing, slippage, limit orders, fills and execution

• Overall risk 20% of account value

• Per trade risk – Maximum 2.5%

• Target return: 10 times

• Risk / Reward ratio  1:10

• All accounts are “sole-signatory” - the trader has no access to client funds.

• Traders‟ Limited Power of Attorney may be suspended or revoked by the client at any time either through online services or by phone call to the bank or brokerage were the account is held.

• Investor deposits are PROTECTED from risk to 80% of the initial deposit.

• There are no time constraints or contracts. Investors may stay in the program for any duration they choose.

• All profits are deposited to client accounts as they are generated and will be available immediately upon the completion of each trade.

• Clients may make deposits or withdrawals at any time without prior notice to the trader.

• Clients account information is available to them 24/7 via online banking.
