Switching between different accounts
|
You can
trade on different accounts at the same broker with only one MT4
installation on your computer:

To add a new account to MetaTrader:
For example: You want to add a live trading account.

Click on File on
the Menu
Select Login |
|
 |
A Pop-up window will appear.
Complete the Account Number in the Login block
and add the Password.
Click on Login. |
The new account details are now added
and will be visible in the Navigator Window in the Accounts Section.
If you have more than one account, e.g.
a live account and a demo account, you can switch between the accounts by
following these steps:

Look for the Navigator
window.
It will be on the
left-side of the screen.
|

If the Navigator Window is not visible,
you can make it visible in one of the following ways:

1. Select the icon with the Yellow Star.
It is the fifth icon from the left. |

2. Select View
and Navigator
3. Shortcut:
Press
Ctrl and N
at the same time. |
 |

You will now be
able to see the Account section in the
Navigator Window:
The live
trading accounts are indicated by a Yellow icon.
The demo
trading accounts are indicated by a Green icon.

Double click on
any icon to open that particular account. |
 |
A Pop-up window will appear.
Click on Login. |
|

You can also change between accounts in this
window by selecting the down arrow on the Login box.
Click on Login. |
