A prospectus is registered with the Registrar of Companies for every syndication (CIPRO).

PIC Syndications supports the regulation of the property syndication industry. The company adheres to all the specifications in accordance with the Government Gazette of 30 March 2006 and the Company Act of 1973.
Shareholders gain direct ownership and full decision-making rights.
Two independent valuations on buildings ensure that investors pay a market-related price for the properties.
Investment income is secured by a head lease agreement.
Capital growth is contractually secured by a buy-back agreement.

Your money is invested in specially selected Business Centers (Buildings) all over South-Africa for a period of 5 years.

Return:

Income Investment:

Earn a fixed income of 11% per annum

at the end of the 5 years.

Capital Growth Investment:

Receive a 60% capital growth
